Tangshan Baichuan Intelligent Machine Co., LTD., is a design and manufacturing in the field of rail transit high-speed EMU, ground fault diagnosis of new AC drive high-power locomotives, middle and advanced repair process equipment and high-speed EMU production line equipment and other high-end equipment.Founded in 1986, the company is headquartered  in Tangshan, Hebei Province, the birthplace of the China’s first steam  locomotive, With the rapid development of China’s railway industry, as leader of China’s railway special equipment manufacturing, Baichuan is providing the most professional technical solutions and services for hundreds of high-speed rail, urban rail, maintenance and other customers.

The company consists of  Baichuan Intelligent Machine Co., LTD., Baichuan Industrial Design and Research Institude, Baichuan Industrial Service Co., LTD.and  Baichuan Innovation Technology Service Co., LTD. At present, the company has more than 700 employees, including doctors, professors and R&D technicians up to over 200.
